Abundance Abounds

My heart is so full having just returned from She Speaks.  What an awesome combination of amazing acquaintances, brave first steps (with fear and trembling), wonderful worship, and incredible speakers and teachers with wise and practical teachings.

What I did not expect to experience was the unity that comes when a group of women with like minds, hearts and spirits are gathered together in one place. Each of us found ourselves surrounded by other women who were pulling for us and praying with us. The room was full of possibilities!

My abundance list is long but must begin with those who prayed for me as well as those who lit up my phone just seconds before and after my meeting with the publisher. You are those who believe in me sometimes more than I believe in myself.  For that, I will never be able to thank you enough. Abundance is… Nancy T., Margie, Mischelle, Mary D., Judy, Kay K., Holly, Jan, Kay R., Maxine, Eileen, Grace, Marcia, Chris F., Deb, and Jane. Thank you so much for partnering with me in prayer; for praying courage into existence and for always pulling for me!

For new, but oh-so-quickly good friends that God graced me with this weekend… Marne (you were such a gift!), Elaine, Darilyn, Lynnette, Michele M., Elise, Connie, Jennifer and  Cheryl … what a joy is was to share possibilities together.  We were all there for one purpose… to find our voice, in words spoken or written. We all ventured out on our own, taking the first step, trusting God to point us to the second. We were blessed beyond expectations when God gave us each other.

The publisher that I met with DID ask me to email her my book proposal so I will be busy making necessary corrections and additions to that this week.  I ask for your continued prayers as the Lord brings me to mind.

Abundant Blessings!
